周莎莎,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2016年毕业于浙江大学管理科学与工程专业,并获得管理学博士学位。2018年1月-2019年1月,美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校访学。主持国家自然科学基金1项、教育部人文社会科学基金1项,参与国家级以及省部级项目多项。在Decision Support Systems, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Internet Research, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services等国内外学术期刊发表论文20余篇。国际学术期刊Journal of Consumer Behaviour编委,其他多个国际学术期刊审稿人。
