主要研究领域为公司金融，包括上市、并购、资本市场信息传递、自然语言处理。
参与教育部基金课题，并在SSCI期刊有若干发表。
在教学方面，负责《公司金融》、《Investments》、《Financial Economics》等本科生和研究生课程的教学工作，负责校级国际化重点课程建设《Green and Sustainable Finance》和《ESG：from Chinese Traditions to International Practice》
