方成，博士，数据科学学院副教授，现任发展规划处副处长、学科建设办公室副主任，曾任教务处副处长。2002年7月和2005年7月先后获得西安交通大学数学系理学学士和硕士学位，2015年7月在上海财经大学金融学系取得经济学博士学位。
主要研究领域为信贷风控与决策优化、金融大数据分析与实证研究、机器学习的金融应用等。主持和参与国家和省部级项目十余项，迄今已在IEEE T-ITS、ESWA、《财贸经济》《数量经济技术经济研究》《财经研究》《南开经济研究》等国内外知名期刊发表学术论文二十余篇。
