隆清琦博士，教授，博士生导师，硕士生导师。2012年毕业于同济大学信息管理与信息系统专业，获得管理学博士学位；2024年入选浙江省哲学社会科学规划领军人才培育专项，2023年入选浙江省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖青年奖，2020年入选浙江省高等学校领军人才培养计划青年优秀人才计划，2018、2017年分别入选国际权威SCI期刊杰出审稿人，2017年入选浙江财经大学杰出中青年教师支持计划（A类），2012年入选同济大学优秀毕业研究生（博士），2011年入选教育部博士研究生学术新人奖计划。主持国家自然科学基金3项、浙江省哲学社会科学规划领军人才培育课题（重大项目）1项、浙江省自然科学基金重点项目1项、之江实验室开放课题、教育部人文社科基金、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省公益性技术应用研究计划项目、浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题、浙江省高等教育“十三五”第二批教学改革研究项目等6项。在IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation、International Journal of Production Economics、International Journal of Production Research、Information Sciences、Information Systems Frontiers、Flexible Services and Manufacturing Journal、Knowledge-based Systems、Expert Systems with Applications、Industrial Management & Data Systems、Frontiers of Engineering Management、Artificial Intelligence Review、Telematics and Informatics、International Journal of Systems Science、系统工程学报、运筹与管理、系统科学与数学等国内外期刊和会议上发表论文近60篇，其中近40篇被SCI/SSCI收录，授权和实审发明专利各1项。获得浙江省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、上海市科技进步奖等省部级奖项多项。
教学育人
近年来主讲的部分专业课：《现代供应链管理与决策》（硕士生）、《信息资源管理》、《管理信息系统》、《大数据与智慧供应链》、《信息管理学》、《智能审计学科导论》、《信息系统分析与设计》、《知识管理与信息应用》、《电子政务》（本科生）。
