副教授，博士生导师，硕士生导师，博士后合作导师，美国哥伦比亚大学联合培养博士生，英国布里斯托大学访问学者，主要研究方向为土地政策、城市与区域经济、城市可持续发展。近年来主持国家级项目1项，省部级、厅局级等项目多项。研究成果主要发表在《Cities》、《Applied Geography》、《Habitat International》、《Land Use Policy,》《Journal of Urban Management》、《Applied Spatial Analysis and Policy》、《郑州大学学报(哲学社会科学版)》、《土地经济研究》等国内外期刊，发表多篇国际性会议论文，兼任中国城市科学研究会城市转型与创新研究专业委员会委员、长江技术经济学会流域经济发展专业委员会委员、中华建设管理研究会会员、注册房地产估价师。
