博士、教授、博士生导师。美国加州大学伯克利分校、香港理工大学、香港城市大学访问学者。入选教育部新世纪优秀人才、四川省学术和技术带头人、四川省杰出青年学科带头人、湖北省“楚天学者”特聘教授、宁波市“甬江学者”讲座教授。兼任中国管理科学与工程学会常务理事、中国物流学会常务理事、中国系统工程学会应急管理系统工程专业委员会常务委员、中国运筹学会随机服务与运作管理分会常务理事等。
主要从事物流系统优化、供应链管理等领域的研究。主持了6项国家自然科学基金项目和1项国家重点研发计划项目子课题。出版专著4部，在Production and Operations Management、INFORMS Journal on Computing、Decision Sciences、European Journal of Operational Research、Naval Research Logistics、IISE Transactions、Omega、International Journal of Production Economics、IEEE Transactions、Transportation Research Part E、Computers and Industrial Engineering、Psychology & Marketing、Energy Economics、《管理科学学报》《心理学报》等UTD24国际顶级期刊或国内外权威期刊上发表论文50余篇。曾获浙江省哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖、四川省科学技术进步二等奖、四川省社会科学优秀成果二等奖等。
