张永全,浙江财经大学教授,硕士生导师, 毕业于西安交通大学,获得理学博士学位。现任浙江财经大学校学术委员会委员,CSIAM大数据与人工智能专业委员会委员。长期机器学习的前沿数学基础理论、分析方法及应用研究,具有应用数学和计算机的交叉学科背景,在大数据算法分析、深度学习、机器学习泛化性理论等方面取得了一系列具有一定影响力的科研成果。张永全教授已在IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering、 IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing、中国科学等国内外学术期刊和国际会议发表学术论文40余篇,主持或参与国家级科研项目12项,省部级5项,横向课题5项等。部分研究成果“人工神经网络逼近复杂性问题研究”荣获2012年浙江省高等学校科研成果奖二等奖,部分研究成果“获得副省级领导肯定行批示等。
