Profile

Xiao Fu is currently a “Wenhua Hundred Talents Program" Researcher at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (ZUFE). He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California in 2017. Prior to joining ZUFE in July 2025, he worked at the School of Management, Fudan University. His research interests lie in industrial organization, with a particular focus on competition policy and intellectual property protection in the digital economy.
