邢敬文,女,2025年毕业于上海大学控制理论与控制工程专业并获得工学博士学位,伦敦大学学院(UCL)访问学者,现为浙江财经大学信息技术与人工智能学院讲师。近年来,在IEEE Transactions系列和Elsevier系列等高质量国际期刊发表论文多篇;发表IFAC A类国际会议论文1篇。担任IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems、Nonlinear Dynamics、Information Science, Chinese Control Conference 等多个高水平期刊和会议的审稿人。参与过国家自然科学基金面上项目、上海市科委国际合作项目等。
